Rooms were unique and the staff were delightful. A bagged breakfast, with eggs, coffee, bacon, hot waffles and pastries, it was exceptionally good.

A perfect place for exploring Sarasota. King room had a heating system, a sitting area and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. In addition, free Wi-Fi was provided.
The hotel needs repairs.

Had good sleep at the double room. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It was worth its 2 stars.

Wanted to explore Sarasota and this hotel was great place for doing it. We appreciated the big room, plus the balcony in it.

within walking distance the restaurant miss saigon. a patio is why we chose it. it was decidedly a lovely base for budget traveler.
